Mr. Lawrence Exeter was a very wealthy man, he had a good lifestyle, with good morals. On August 30th, 1903, Mr. Exeter was delighted with the news his wife presented him of there first born child. Stunned with utter happiness he ran to the high class, designer baby store, Goosie Yander Baby Shoppe. He showered his wife with gifts for the arrival of their baby. Shortly after on September 2, 1903, Mr. Exeter and his wife visited the Hollywood Hospital to see the doctor to find out when the due date would be and to request a certain doctor that's trusted in the family. They delivered a baby boy, which they spoiled as well with gifts. He was sent to a school for boys. He suceeded there and was sent a bike to pay off for all his hard work.

Mr. Exeter had the idea for dicipline to said his son to a military academey. His son was doing so well and his 16th birthday rolled around, he was gifted with a Cadillac. That was the best present the kid could ever think of because he used that car everyday, he eventually had to get repairs on it. He drove that car all the way to Stanford University for his college education. While at college, he meets a pretty, young girl that he'd like to claim his. He got engaged to Miss Daisy Windsor. In celebration of their engagement and to get closer to each other, his dad bought his son a boat and they sailed to Europe for a party in France. Shortly after there arrival back to the United States the son got married, which the father paid for only the best of the best flowers. He helped his son out with buying relastate, and even better, interior designers to help him out. Now Mr. Exeter strongly approved of his son's choosing in women, he bought her a ring for there aniversy as well as a cruis ship. Mr. Exeter also knew that he was getting older, and his time to go was nigh so he sent his son half of his wealth, and booked into a hotel so he could have luxery for his ladt days. Flowers were bought by his wife in memory of his funeral.

The cheque book got inherited down to Mr. Exeter Jr. With all this money being handed to him, the spoiled kid let his imagination go free. He was always used to getting what he wanted, and that meant everything he wanted. Mr. Exeter Jr always had new things as well, so nothing stayed around forever. He got bored with his wife and let his eye wander, he started buying a new lady candy, dresses, lingerier, shoes, anything and everything a girl could possibly want. Also he had to pay up some money to a man named Tony. Tony gets him all his conections, and keeps his secrets. Mr. Exeter and his wife split, he sent her flowers in apology but she didn't want anything to deal with him anymore, he returned there rings and payed her alimony's. They got divorced at Wall and Smith at Law, and more money to his ex-wife was sent out. The divorce was made final in the Calerk Reno Municipal Court. Mr. Exeter Jr stayed with his mom for some time when he was fighting with his ex-wife. He payed her rent and payed the attorneys from the divorce as well.

Lawrence Exceter was a man of great modesty. He was a faithful resident of Galveston, Texas. In the early 1900’s, Lawrence’s father died, leaving him with a huge inheritance derived from an oil rig. At the tender age of 25 he became quite wealthy and spoiled himself with good times and greater conquests. He quickly became was the entrepreneur as he bought four hotels, and owned most of the restaurants in the area.

However, when a natural disaster hit Galveston, the fun times were cut short. A hurricane killed more than 6,000 residents; including the majority of his friends and all of his family members. The closest living survivor to Lawrence was his widowed neighbor, Mrs. Kate Middleton. The pair, who were in their late twenties at the time, became romantically involved. Shortly thereafter, they decided that it was best to move away and start over. Consequently, they moved to Hollywood, California to begin anew. They were later married and after three years of living in California, Kate became pregnant.

On October 3rd, 1903, Kate gave birth to their first born, a healthy baby boy, Lawrence Exceter Jr., whom they joyfully nicknamed “Junior.” Junior was an intelligent and social able child who always managed to find some type of mischief and trouble to get into. Therefore, in 1909, and to help their son develop greater character and discipline, Kate and Lawrence sent Lawrence to Palisades School for Boys. Still, the school did not help change Junior’s poor behaviors. Kate and Lawrence decided that Jr. needed a more restrictive setting and placed him in Columbia Military Academy.

In military academy Lawrence Exceter Jr. met many new people, and experienced many new things. He became great friends with a young, Italian man named Tony Spagoni. They were roommates, and soon became “partners in crime.” Together, they caused more trouble than the entire student body. For instance, Toni and Jr. would often sneak off of school grounds and place bets on whatever venture they could find. They also threw many parties and snuck off to many more off- campus events. Still, somehow they never got caught in their misdeeds. Years of mischief helped the pair develop a lifelong friendship.

Upon Jr’s arrival home, Lawrence Sr. surprised his son with a new Cadillac. However, within weeks Jr. had wrecked his new car. With hopes to straighten Jr. out once and for all , Lawrence Sr. sent Jr. to Stanford. He was a shoe-in as he always excelled academically. Jr.‘s irresponsible behavior continued. That is, by his second year in college, Lawrence Jr. and a fellow student were expecting a baby. Once more, Lawrence Sr. had to bail his son out of a bind and paid the woman $25,000.00 to speak nothing of the child’s father.

After college Jr. finally met what his father referred to as a “ suitable woman”. After a three-year-courtship, Lawrence Sr. he paid for their wedding and the couple was joined in matrimony. The only problem was that Jr. wasn’t really that into the marriage, but he went along with it as to please his father. As a result, he cheated on his wife. Surprisingly, the affair was with his old friend Tony Spagoni’s wife.

Jr. already owed Tony from their college days at the track. In an effort to make up for his affair, and to probably rid himself of guilt, he paid back Tony, and attempted to rekindle their friendship. He also began gambling again, and his marriage of four years was now coming to an end. After the divorce, he quickly spiraled back into his gambling addiction, which caused him to slip into a deep depression. He now owed more than five people money. Deep into debt and without financial resources available for payments, he was brutally beaten by his debtors, and ended up in the hospital. Sadly, Lawrence Exceter Jr. died. His father paid off his debt and planned his funeral. Lawrence Sr. never had the son he expected, but he was still his son, and he loved him dearly.

Once upon a time there was a man named Mr. Lawrence Exeter. One day his wife Mrs. Lawrence Exeter came home and told him that she is due to have a baby. When he found this out he and his wife went out to the store and bought some baby clothes. The baby was born in Hollywood hospital September 2nd 1903.The baby became very sick and had to go back to Dr. McCoy. Mr. Lawrence Exeter goes to the California Toyland Co. to pick up some presents for the baby for the boys 3rd birthday.
A few years later they send the boy to an all boy school to make sure he turns into a gentlemen. Since the boys got straight A’s on his report card they got him a bicycle. They taught him how to ride a bike thought the whole summer. The boys started to act up during the summer and disrespect his family and friends. For the start of the next school year, the parents made him go to the Columbia Military Academy. They hoped that it would make him into the gentlemen he needed and they wanted him to be. When he graduated the Military school and his parents saw that he was a nice, sincere, grown gentleman they decided that he deserved a gift. They got him a Cadillac for his graduation. He hadn’t had the car for 5 days and he wrecked the car and had to take it to the auto repair shop. After graduating from the military school he decided to go to college. He went to Stanford University. When he was there he met a girl named Miss Daisy Windsor and fell in love with her. When he got home from graduating Stanford, his father took his new found love Daisy and his mother on a cruise to France.
When they were in France his father bought the ladies flowers from the club everyday. They had a wonderful time and the son decided to have Miss Daisy Windsor move in with him. The father decided to buy a house for them from Riviera Heights Land Co. since there house was not large enough. He even decided to get the house decorated for them as a present. Him and his son went out and bought a new diamond ring from Beverly Diamond and Gift Shoppe. He decided to propose to her on the Hawaii Steamship. Lawrence Exeter Sr. wrote a check to his son for $200,000. The father also paid for the hotel room for their honeymoon. He bought flowers for them and sent the flowers to the room they were staying in to congratulate them. Lawrence Exeter Jr. sent his first check. Because his father started to become very ill and could not write any checks Jr. started to pay off the wedding dress. Later in the week he went to the salon with his new wife.
The next month he went to the sports bar with his dad to catch up and have some laughs and talk about the wedding. While they were there they met a man named Tony Spagoni. They made some fun bets with him and next thing they knew they owed him a lot of money. He said that they better pay him or else his new bride would disappear. After the sports bar they decided to met up again and they went to the bootery and bought some new shoes instead of the sports bar. They decided to start paying off Tony. It took them two different checks to be able to pay him back. The son bought flowers for his father and sent them to him hoping that it would make him feel better.
Lawrence again paid off the diamond that he bought for Daisy. After a couple years of being together, Daisy had to much and filled for divorce. Then Jr. had to pay for his and her lawyer, trying to be a good and proper man like his parents raised him. Tony Spagoni came back and said that Jr. owed him more money, so Jr. never looking and wondering if he really did owe him more money gave the money to Tony. He didn’t owe Tony anymore money but Jr. wasn’t going to argue.
Tony came back and said that Jr. owed him more money but this time Jr. wasn’t giving him anymore money. Tony didn’t like that so he ordered one of his men to kill him. He was badly beat up and the doctor said that he didn’t have a chance of living. The father started wring the checks for his sons medical bills. Jr. later died. Before his father died he wrote out a check for his wife to pay for the funeral and burial. As soon as he was done writing the check he put the pen down and died.

The year was 1903 on the the hot and humid 2nd day of September. This day was not only a day of great joy, but also, of emense sorrow. For this day, a beautiful baby boy was born. But in contrast, a beautiful young woman died. Lawrence Exeter was filled with bitter sweetness as he held for the first time his son, Lawrence Exeter Jr. As he smelled his new born babies smell, he began to cry. His son seemed to have a taint of lemon smell to him; the same smell his mother, who died while concieving him, had. As he continued to fondle the baby, he remembered something that had been bothering him that past week. Just 4 days earlier, as he and his wife had been picking the baby out some toys, he rememered her stating, "My love. If anything should ever happen to me after we have our son, promise you will always give him the best". It was as if she knew she would die somehow... Upon thinking this thought, he felt he must have been losing his mind, ergo, he took the baby home, hired a nanny, then called the best psychiatrist in all of Hollywood. His name was Dr. David M. McCoy. He recieved mental therapy there for about a 2 months.

Sr. Always spoiled Jr. It became so bad, that even by two months old, he expected to get anything he wanted. He knew his father would always oblidge. Sr. always thought his son had to have the best and get whatever he wanted. He found this reasoning to be correct because he felt as though this would make up the spot of his mother. But this was clearly incorrect. Nevertheless, Sr. continued to spoil and lavish his son. When Jr. was at the appropriate age, he was sent to the best all boys school in Hollywood, the Palisades School For Boys. It was there that Sr. noticed Jr. had a couple problems. Sr. recieved a call home at least twice a week about Jr's. behavior. Either he had bullied a student, got into an arguement with a teacher or caused a confrontation between other students. He even stole another boy's bike which Sr. had to replace with his own money.

When Jr. came of age that was limited at the All Boy's school, Sr. decided it best to send Jr. to a military school. He felt this would change his attitude for the better. For a while, it seemed to work. There were never any calls with complaints. No letters home. No anything. So when Jr. returned 5 years later, Sr. supplied him with a brand new cadillac. Yet, to Sr.'s dismay, after only a few days, the car was crashed. Jr. decided to get into a street drag race. It apperaed that Jr. hadn't dodged his old ways after all. Sr. payed for the repairs on the car but decided to keep the car for his own. Deciding that, once again, Jr. could use a change in environment, he sent him off to college at Standford University.

As Sr. lived lonely in his home for two years, he decided it best to go out on the town and find a suitable woman to mate with. He went to the fanciest bar he could find and skimmed his surroundings. Sitting alone in the corner, he saw a gorgeous woman. As he continued to gaze, he began to recognize her. Daisy Windsor. The most popular girl at Hollywood High back when he was a teen. Everybody wanted her, yet no one could get her. She was much to ambitious. He didnt know if she would be married by now or still too held down with any work she was into. He knew he had to try though. He approached her and decided to strike up a conversation. Although she at first seemed up tight, through out the night, she seemed to loosen herself to him. Pretty soon, they were leaving together. Sr. felt as though he had finally found his soul mate. He wanted to show her he could give her anything she could ever want. So after only 3 days of meeting, he gave her a check for $25,000. Only about a week later, they had plans for marraige.

Even though this was a joyous occasion, there was one thing Daisy had to straighten out before they got too excited. "I can not live with your son," she stated. She explained that she had heard about his reckless ways and that she couldnt deal with such chaos. She said he would have to leave the picture if he had planned on making a family with her. Now, most fathers would never abandon their son. Most fathers put there son's first, even if a woman was up at the stakes. But was Lawrence Exeter Sr. most fathers? No. He was only one man. One man, who hadn't had the love he needed in a long time. So what did he do? Set up a flight to France and sent money to a bank account in France. After that, he bought flowers for Daisy and flowers for his wife's grave. He felt this would keep her spirit from haunting him as he re-wed. Once he set the flowers on his dead wife's grave and gave the new flowers to Daisy, he prepared for his new wife. He bought a huge, old elegant mansion in Hawaii. He then got it renovated so that it looked more new. After he got all this established, he bought his new finace a ring with a huge diamond. He then bought cruise tickets for his honeymoon to their new home in Hawaii.

He didnt want to hurt Jr's. feelings, so as he came home from College, he decided to only tell him that he was sending him on a trip to France. Exstatic, Jr. asked no questions. He only packed his bags and left with a $200,000 check in hand. His father told him he had payed for a stay at the best hotel in all of Paris. Before letting his son board the plane, he bought him, too, a boquet of flowers to place on his mother's grave. Just because it seemed right. It was two months until Junior became bored. He called home to his father. He was calling to tell him that he was ready to come home. He felt as though his father would be exremely excited about this some you can imagine his surprise when his father sounded surprised by the news. Sr. realized he couldnt keep his marraige a secret much longer. He explained that he had gotten remarried, and that he wouldnt be welcome at his new home.

This hurt Jr. badly. Not only did HE feel betrayed, but he felt as though his father had somehow ALSO betrayed his mother. He had the mindset that his father should never remarry and that what he was doing was somehow unspeakable. He felt he needed to get back at his father and in the stongest and worst way. He didnt know what that way would be yet, but he knew he had to first get a woman involved. He went to ever lounge he could find until he found the most beautiful woman he could find out of them all. He found her. Her name was Marie Whanton. She was gorgeous. She was down to earth. She was perfect. Jr. wanted her, and wanted her now. And like his father always had him believed, he got whatever he wanted. Marie wasnt an easy girl, though. No matter how much he spent on her, with expensive gowns, lingerie and dresses, she would not open her heart or her legs.

Jr. found this tedious, yet also invigurating. Finally, he came across a challenge. But this challenge was a tad hard on his male needs. He found himself a prostitute. Her name was Flossie. He got her from the best pimp in town. He was also the meanest pimp in town. If Flossie came back stating she was underpaid or she was treated wrongly, you had to watch your back. Tony Spagoni would send his men after you. But see, Jr. just seemed to be unfortunate. He never really did anything to Tony. There was just something about Jr. that Tony didnt like. So when he found out that Jr. Had accidentley gotten Flossie knocked up, Tony was about ready to kill Jr. He made it so Jr. had to pay extra money every time he saw Flossie on the street. If he missed a payment, he was to be killed.

Jr. tried to keep his mind off this. He got into sports because it was one of Marie's many hobbies and bought a bunch or sports utilities. But he also bought a gun. He decided that if Spagoni was out for him, he should carry some protection. Nevertheless, he did pay Spagoni his checks. But another problem was that Flossie seemed to have really caught feelings for Jr. She not only was keeping the baby, but wanted to marry Jr. And it seemed she wouldnt take no for an answer. She followed him home every night. She blew up his phone. She came to the hotel looking for him. She was obssessed. The only way Jr. felt he could get out of it was to tie the knot with Marie. So he went out and bought a boquet of flowers and an expensive diamond ring. They were happily married a few days later/

3 moths later, he payed Flossie $50,000 to stay away from him. She had stilll been obsessing for the past 3 months. When Marie found out about Flossie and the secret baby she flipped. She was hurt he had kept such a secret from her for so long. She immediatley filed for a divorce. She demanded $5,000 dollars from Jr. for a good lawyer. Their case wasnt really bothered until June. It ruled in favor of Marie, where she recieved $75,000 of his money. As he began paying back the lawyer he had hired, he then remembered he hadn't been paying Tony Spagoni. He tried to make all the checks up by writing another one every day, even if he didnt see Tony, but it was too late. Jr. knew this. He didnt really have anything else to live for. The love of his life left him. He wasnt welcome home from his own father. He didnt have a mother to go to. There was no one else in the world for him ! He then realized maybe if he died, no one would really care.

On the 3rd day of August, he saw a man standing outside his window. He could tell it was one of Spagoni's and he could tell there was a gun in his pocket. He came out of his hotel, hands in the air with a small piece of paper in his right hand. He said, :"Before you do your job, please, just give this letter to my father,". He gave the man the letter then asked for his name so he could pay the man a check for his troubles. The man's name was Peter Ventizzi.

2 days later, Jr's, body was found imported from Paris to the Hollywood Hospital where his father was phones to confirm the identitiy of the body. It was Jr. Jr. with 2 shots to the chest and 1 shot to the head. A few days later, he recieved a letter in the mail saying, "Dear father, I know I may have acted out all time and you werent always the proudest of me, but I always wanted to make you proud. I'm sorry I failed you. I love you. Don't worry about me, I'll be with Mom now." & it was signed, "Junior". Lawrence found this check very depressing and found it suitable he go back to Dr. David M. McCoy for mental help. A day after his first session, he felt he should have his son barried right next to his mother at the Hollywood Montuary.

Lawrence Exeter was very excited when he learned that a child of his own would soon be coming into his life. He went to the Baby Shoppe and stocked up on supplies for the baby. When the baby was delivered by Dr. David at Hollywood Hospital, he was showered with gifts from his excited father. The baby was named Lawrence Jr., after his father. Throughout Lawrence Jr.'s entire life, he was showered with gifts. After being enrolled in school at around 4 years old, his father bought him a top notch bicycle for being a star student. This spoiling must have led Jr. the wrong way because he soon started committing small crimes and felonies, so Sr. enrolled him in Military School to get his act together again. After graduating through Military School just before his 18th birthday, Jr. was given a car by his father for making it through Military School and for his birthday. Not long after receiving the car, Jr. got in an accident, which his father paid for the repairs.
Jr. is accepted into Stanford University and his father pays for the pricey tuition. After getting drunk at a Frat party, Jr. strays off of campus and into a woman's home. As she tries to get him to leave, Jr. slaps her across the face and proceeds to rape her. Sr. pays her a large sum of money to keep her mouth shut and believes they have a deal and that this incident would never be spoken of again. Soon, though, the woman Jr. assaulted, Daisy Windsor, begins to threaten to sue Jr. for the assault, and Sr. for the bribe. She says she want 100,000 dollars more, or she will sue them publicly. Sr. and Jr. flee to France. They decide that they will live here until the situation is no longer in anyone's mind. They open a bank account in France. To seem like good neighbors, Sr. buys flowers for each of their new neighbors on the floor of their apartment. He also gives flowers to his new boss and coworkers. Soon, they become sick of living in a rental place, so they buy a plot of land and build a house of their own. They hire an interior decorator to make up their home however they so please.
While touring around atop the Eiffel Tower, Jr. met a gorgeous young woman by the name of Giselle. It was love at first sight. Not long later, Jr. proposed to Giselle, with a ring that Sr. payed for. Jr. and his new wife cruise to Hawaii for their honeymoon. Sr., not wanting his son and his wife to live at his home anymore, gave them a huge sum of money, and sent them on their way. They move to Manhattan. Jr. and his wife stay at one of the most renowned hotels in the world for their anniversary. Sr. sends them flowers in celebration. Jr. sends his father a box of chocolates and other sweets to thank him. Soon the Gown Shoppe starts bothering Jr.'s father to make the payment for the wedding gown they had bought, so Jr. pays for it. Giselle becomes worried for Jr.'s and her safety, so she prompts him to buy a gun, which he does. He decides he wants to test the gun out, so he buys some heavy duty boots, and goes out hunting. He soon gets involved with a man named Tony Spagoni, a member of the mob in New York. After they get to know each other better, Tony discovers that Jr. is cheating on Giselle with Ms. Wentworth. Jr. promises to pay Tony a certain amount of money every so often if he keeps his mouth shut. In a terrible attempt to get out of this whole mess, he proposes, illegally, to Ms. Wentworth. She claims to be pregnant and she refuses to marry him once finding out it was an affair. He pays her a large sum of money to go away and never speak a word of it. When finding out Ms. Wentworth was not actually pregnant, Jr. threatened to have her killed if she didnt return his money. When she refuses, Jr. sends his wife on a trip around the world to get her out of the picture for awhile. while she is gone, Jr. sues Ms. Wentworth and wins. His wife finds out about everything and makes a big fuss and they get divorced. Little did Jr. know, but Ms. Wentworth was a female member of the mob, and the news traveled back to Tony, who knew where Jr. lived.
While writing a check for the money he owes his wife, Jr. is visited by a knock on the door. He puts down his stuff and answers the door. It is Tony Spagoni and another mob member. They are both intensely enraged with what they have heard. They hold a gun to his head and force him to write them a check, but not one too large so that nothing would seem suspicious. Soon enough, Jr. is revisited by Tony and his friend. They are pissed at him because the original check was cancelled 2 hours after it was written. They beat Jr. close to his death. They force him to write another check and swear that if this one bounces, they'd be back that night to finish the job. Shaken, aching, and in deep pain, Jr. struggles to write out a check to them.
His handwriting was barely recognizable. They give him one last blow to the stomach and leave him to suffer on the floor. He is later found dead in that same spot, by his father who had come to surprise him by visiting. Sr. is devastated. He pays for a space in the hospital for Jr.'s body. He wants them to perform an autopsy to find out what had happened, but they demanded more money, so he paid, as he always did. Sr. pays for a proper funeral for his son and has him buried at a cemetery. The results of the autopsy come back and it is revealed that Jr. didn't die from blunt force trauma, but he was poisoned, and they never found out by who. All they had as evidence against anyone wasn't enough to take to court. This evidence was that Sr. had been in Manhattan for four days before he visited Jr., and Jr. didn't know.

It was the year 1903 and Laurence Exetey was 19 and he was going to be a father. Laurence loved his wife and unborn child, but he was afraid of not having enough money to support his family; Leaving Laurence no other choice but to get into a very dangerous business.

Not long after starting his new career his wife gave birth to a baby boy they named Laurence jr. Laurence was so happy he had everything he want and yet there was a feeling in the pit of his stomach, as he look into his sons eyes. He brushed the feelings away as just nerves and kissed his son.

Time has passed and now Laurence Senior was now 39 years old had reached higher heights in his career he was now the proud owner of many companies. He was known as a very wealthy man he sent his son to the best schools, got him the best car, and still had money to go on vacation. It all changed when he hired miss daisy windson as a sectary. She seems nice but what Laurence didn’t know that all she wanted was money and lots of it. For a few weeks everything was normal for Laurence he went about his day like any other while miss daisy windson was writing checks under Laurence’s name.

First she was paying her tab at the modern sportte Shoppe and sending money to her son tony spagoni. Her plan was working and she loved every minute of it until Laurence’s son came back. She didn’t like it, she felt threatened and afraid he will find out what she is doing and tell his father. The truth is that Laurence Jr only came back for some family support after divorcing his wife; he had no plans of taking over his father’s business. He loves his father but doesn’t want to be like him, he knows his father works to keep the family afloat but it came with a price. Laurence Jr only saw his dad two times a week, three if he was lucky and only for a few minutes. The business took his father away and for that he wants no part of it.

Miss daisy windson sat at her desk and was righting out a check, when Laurence Jr walk in and ask if his father was busy. She jumped and the check book fell to the floor making a smack noisy when it hit the ground. She froze in her seat when Laurence picked it up, Laurence looked at the check book and then at daisy. Then he asked again if his father was busy she said yes and acted like she was writing something. At that moment Laurence senior walked out his office and greeted his son with a hug and they went back into the office. Daisy started to panic she knew he will tell his father and she will go to jail. She would let that happen so she called her son an explained everything that happened and they made a plan to take out Laurence Jr.

About fifteen minutes later Laurence senior came charging out the room furious and telling daisy he called the cops and they are coming to arrest her she pleaded saying she did nothing wrong and that they can’t arrest her. He just looked at her and slammed the check book on the desk; Daisy looked at it then at Laurence Jr with the most evil look on her face and started laughing as she pulled out gun and aimed it at Laurence senior and shoot one bullet but before the bullet can hit Laurence senior, jr had pushed him and taken the bullet. Laurence senior held his son in his arms telling him to hang on but was too late. Daisy grabs the check book and started writing a check to her husband peter so he can cash it and bail her out of jail, but was to late the cops were there and she was arrested and charged with life in prison. As for Laurence senior he lost his son and couldn’t cope so he fell into a deep depression and so did his business in the recession and not long after he died of a broken heart.

My ordeal by cheque by Mia Sapienza

One morning, Laurence Exeter, a highly educated man and his wife Mrs. Exeter arrived at the Baby Shoppe. Mrs. Exeter, Almost 9 months pregnant loved shopping for her new baby that was on its way. That day at the shoppe, she convinced her husband that she needed clothing for the baby and a crib. Although Mr. Exeter would had rather saved his money for other things, he graciously agreed to buy anything for there new baby. Just 14 days after, Mr. and Mrs. Exeter went on a walk to get some fresh air, when all of a sudden her water broke. They hopped quickly in the car and frantically drove to "Hollywood Hospital". As soon as the baby was born, both parents who were very excited decided they should name there baby Laurence Exeter Jr. Although they were happy about there newborn, they had received some bad news that there child would undergo major surgery on his heart. Birth Defects were something that there midwife "Daisy Windsor" always warned them about. Except they got so sick of her telling them that having wine and a cigarettes every night was bad for the baby, so they told her to leave. About a month later They paid Dr. David McCoy $475.00 dollars to perform the surgery. After a successful recovery Mr. Exeter was so very proud of his son, and bought him all the toys in the world to last him through grade school. Years went by and Jr seemed to have good and bad days, he was also enrolled in School for Boys on October 6th 1909. His father also purchased him a brand new bicycle so he could ride to school and back. One day as he was walking through the playground a student started to taunt him and call him names(this student was very jealous of him and his new bike, which his father wouldn't get him for Christmas that year). Very hurt and angered Jr ran into the kid, and knocked out about four teeth! You would had never of guessed Jr would do such a thing. His parents were so entirely shocked about his behavior and decided he should be sent to military school right away. 18 years old, Jr. returns home and reunites with his parents. His father felt sincere about acting so harsh on him that he promised him a new $3,885 Cadillac. Jr, not used to driving drove into a tree which had cost his dad an extra $288 fixing from "Wilshire Auto Repair Service". Mr. Exeter was very understanding yet, he told his son that he must attend Stanford University like he did. His father always wanted a son to follow in his foot steps. But as soon as his father tried to enroll him in the school "Miss Daisy Windsor" randomly sued Mr. Exeter for 25,000 dollars for kicking her out as a midwife and not giving her all the money she worked for. Of course Miss Windsor got her way, and she won the case. Mr. Exeter was very upset about not sending his son to Stanford, so he sent him to France on vacation to get away from the chaos at home. While Jr. Vacationed in France he met a nice lady named Annabelle, who was absolutely stunning. She had such natural beauty and all the latest trends and clothing. So in order for him to win her heart he wrote his father and asked him if he would be willing to send him a check book so he could woo her away, graciously his father agreed. He rushed to the University Club Florist and bought the most expensive flowers and sent them out to Annabelle. After an entire 3 weeks fling with Miss Annabelle, he proposed, asking nothing but her heart. She said ...YES! But...only if he gave her a beautiful home to live in and very nice decor. And Jr. obviously didn't mind, since the money for everything wasn't coming out of his paycheck. They Flew back to Jr's home to announce the news and also to buy one very exquisite home. His father also told his son to use his paycheck and buy Annabelle a ring from "Beverly Diamond Gift Shoppe", which came to a total of $678 dollars! After the wedding The two love birds went on a honey moon for a cruise in Hawaii...thanks to Mr. Exeter. Not only had his father gave him everything he asked for he also graciously gave his son 200,000 dollars to start off with a good life. But it didn't take Jr. long to become very selfish and greedy. He acted very different around his wife and both parents, some people also talked about him having a possible affair?! But would a man so in love with money also be in love with other things that were less important to him at the time? The answer was yes...he had been having a affair with a woman two weeks after the honey moon. Giving her not only what some might say "pleasure" but gifts. Gifts from the "University Club Florists" and "Coconut Grove Sweet Shoppe". This woman's name was Eliza, she wasn't a particular "woman" per-say, some might call her a.... uh..."lady of the night". He was so devoted to her and would buy her all sorts of things from many clothing stores as well as "Anita lingerie Salon". He decided to spend the night with Eliza, and when he thought everything was alright... Annabelle walked in. "Oh my!!! Jr is that you?!" said Annabelle. "That's it... i want a divorce!" she said, running out of the room in tears. And there was Jr. speechless, embarrassed and ashamed. He spent his days trying to woo his wife back and make her want him again, because he was very sorry and understood he was guilty. After much thinking Annabelle had told him to go see a local therapist for help before he tries to apologize. So he does, Tony Spagoni had offered Jr Three sessions of therapy for $126 dollars each, he agreed. But it didn't last Jr. very long until he realized he became irritated trying to fix his problems and continued with his affair. Except now he was even worse, he had brought a third lady into the love triangle, her name was Miss Flossie, who was again not an actual "lady". Except Flossie was one of the smarter ones out of the bunch and conned Jr into giving her 50,000 dollars for her to stay. And just what do you know, Jr had agreed. Annabelle also filed for a divorce, in which Jr had no say in whatsoever, Nor did he really want a say in the marriage at this point. The court also granted Miss Annabelle $5,000 from Jr for other problems during there marriage. Jr had been so depressed that he drove to Vegas for a trip, but only made it so far until he got caught drinking and driving, he was fined $52. He wasn't only causing stress for himself, his dad had been very worried. So in order to try and help Jr, Mr. Exeter gave his wife a 175,000 dollar check to do what ever she wanted for her birthday, if he could go away with Jr. His father thought of ways to make him happy so he decided to buy Jr another one of his favorite Cadillac's. But even the car didn't make him happy, his days became so emotional for him that he couldn't handle any more of it. He tried one more thing to save him from complete depression, and that was to go back to therapy at least two more times to see if things would lighten up. He paid Tony Spagoni his last payments and also Peter Ventizzi a student therapist who sat in with Jr and Tony during there sessions. Nothing was ever going to help Jr out of all of his problems in life his depression was to bad that his heart just began to fail every day. On July 5th Laurence Exeter Jr was rushed to Hollywood Hospital. Doctors were very worried and noticed his heart getting slower and his body getting weaker. He also became unconscious and suddenly fell into a coma. Then on July 15th Dr. David McCoy found him dead on his daily checkup, he was not responding. This would now be the end of Jr's days, and his family was very sad for the rest of there days. Jr was buried at Hollywood Mortuary the next day, and that was all.
The end.

Lawrence Exeter and his wife were buying a crib and car seat for their baby that was due in a couple of weeks. All Larry wanted to do was buy the cheapest things they needed and leave. His wife, however, was talking to the manager about the items that were most popular and best for the baby. In mid-sleep on one of the rocking chairs, Larry heard a scream; his wife's water broke. The couple rushed to the hospital and their son Lawrence Exeter, Jr. was born.

From the start, Jr. was a wild baby. He once was a few inches from rolling down the stairs until Larry caught him just in time. As he became a toddler, he would rip the heads off of all his toys and throw them into the fire. He would watch their faces burn away with big eyes and a mischievous face.

By age six, Jr. was ready for school at Palisades School for Boys. Larry saw how girls distracted Jr. and he didn't want them to interfere with his school work. After doing well in elementary school, Larry enrolled Jr. in Columbia Military Academy. After Jr. had excelled in high school, his father bought him a beautiful, black Cadillac. Not surprisingly, he was looking at a girl walking on the street while driving and ran into a tree. Larry took the beauty to the Wilshire Auto Repair Service right away.

Jr. was accepted to Stanford University and couldn't wait to start. Not only was it the first time he was far away from home, but it was also full of gorgeous, California girls. When Jr. was in his junior year of college, his father got the worst news - his son had gotten one of his professors pregnant. Larry and his wife were devastated with this news but knew Jr. wouldn't want to help or be a part of the baby's life. Larry paid Miss Daisy Windsor off and told her that she could do much better.

After this terrible event in their lives, Larry and his wife felt like they needed to get away for a couple of months. They had been wanting to take a luxurious trip like this for years. With Larry's steel mill high ranked in the manufacturing world and all of their stress, it was the perfect timing for their dream vacation to France.

After a few years, Jr.'s parents felt that he had calmed down and was okay to be left alone. Larry decided that he wanted to renew his vows with his wife in Hawaii. He planned out a very romantic trip that he was sure his wife would love. To the parents' horror once again, Jr. ended up in jail five days after they left. Jr. was arrested for stealing money and murdering the owner of a huge oil company. Embarrassed by his son's actions and publicity, Larry persuaded the police with $200,000 to let his son out of jail. Larry sent his son to a rehabilitation center for a little over a year.

The center released Jr. when they thought he had learned the importance of well-being and life. They also noticed that he was able to fall in love with his nurse. Little did anybody know, Jr. was still up to no good. He became pals with a Mafia member named Tony Spagoni who helped him rob big companies.

Less than six months after marrying the nurse, Jr. had an affair with her best friend. Jr. paid her off and made her promise not to tell anyone about the affair - especially his wife. He reminded her that if she told a soul, she would be dead. Being a woman, she told his wife and the next day explaining how awful she felt and how it was a spur of the moment affair. Jr.'s wife filed for divorce immediately.

Jr.'s ex-wife's best friend was now in serious trouble. Jr. called Spagoni saying that they must kill her for ruining the only good thing in his life. As Spagoni approached her house, her boyfriend opened the door and shot Spagoni. Then, her boyfriend went to Jr.'s house and told him that if he ever tried coming near his girlfriend, he was a dead man. Her boyfriend stabbed him and then left.

Two days later, Larry found his son unconscious in his house. He rushed him to the hospital right away where he was pronounced dead.

Lucky man, Lawrence Exeter. Philanthropist, a fine job, and an honest man. Never find a man of such refined yet humble nature. Then his wife, worthless. Her presence as lurid as that hell spawn she beget. Born Oct. 3 1903, he sent his mother to St. Peter's gates he did. This devastated Lawrence, he hadn't the heart to raise his child after such a loss.

He suffocated the squirt with luxuries. Toys, food, private school, you name it and he had it plus an extended package. No wonder when the nut hit thirteen he was hauled to the military. Did he learn of his insignificance in the world? Possibly, if his pap hadn't bought the nitwit his own car. Maybe his father was conniving the his son's ignorance of his love life.

Miss Daisy, was her name, sure was the tart of the town. Jr. , the rebel, figured it out sooner or later. He confronted his father, cursed his name in the streets, and soon enough his disposition was as sullied as Miss Daisy's petticoat. Lawrence Sr. sent the boy to abroad, to France, attempting to soothe the miscreant's temper. But Sr. knew he'd never be forgiven, no matter what luxury he handed his son. Now Jr., not the parsimonious type, wasted his money on tulips and daisies. I like to think the military produces men, not hair brained ninnies who sleep in beds of roses!

So maybe he bought flowers prior his big buy on a country club. It was renovated to mimic the Renaissance Age. The jewels he purchased were for a sweet lady love, hopefully. Then just that year the kid got a few bucks from feeble old papa and got hitched on a Hawaiian cruise ship. Jr. was also smart enough to rent a cozy hotel for the jail birds, uh love birds, to nestle. She was nice. With a nice boring name, nice teeth, and a nice stupid mind.

Jr. buys his wife a box of Valentine's chocolates and one for his mistress. How interesting his wife didn't find it peculiar he hid a heart shaped box of chocolates behind his back, moron. Next is the Parisian lingerie that is conspicuously "hidden" under the bed. Curious and curiouser his woman keeps raggin so he needs to get out of the house. He chooses a sport; the roughest toughest manliest most physically demanding sport there is, uh croquet. Yes swinging a wooden mallet in France is considered a masculine thing to do.

He takes it seriously. He wanted to get a word in with the best croquet sissy there was. Then he smashed his skull in. Breathing heavily, thinking caustically, and feeling nauseous he got himself a hit man. Tony Spagoni rid him of his past transgression at the right price. After that it all seemed normal. Buying flowers for his club, jewelery for his mistress Flossie. Then subtly BAM.

I'll never forget this day. Nov. 14 the divorce begins! $5,000 right off the bat, in the next eight months it's over, sombrely over. Miss Marie Wheaton Exeter walks away with $75,000, atta girl. He can pay those lawyers all he wants but no golden coin is gonna keep fate at bay. But a man can try. H hires Tony Spagoni for vendetta on his ex-beloved. Jr. you barbarian, let go of the past!

But this is the turn of events I love to see. The heroine, cornered, shaking in her britches has the great turn of heart. She takes that thug by the neck and bullies him, what a laugh! She forces Spagoni to hit Exeter Jr., free of charge. Just a day later the deed is done. Jr. lay bullied and vruised in his bed. Sr. writes his son an arbitrary check only to have the Dr. receipt as thanks.

After his son's death the last shred of his wife's mark on Earth disappeared. His son disowned him and left his father to his imagination. When he was Buried in the Hollywood Mortuary Lawrence Exeter Sr. glorified Jr.'s grave with flowers. He tought of his wife and this made Lawrence have the same misgiving, same qualm over and over. No matter the radiance surrounding Jr., he was born a gaudy tombstone.

Junior gets caught by Flossie at the bar and she immediatly leaves him. Junior couldnt let Flossie go, so he wins her back with flowers and vows to never touch a drop of alcohol as long as he lives. Flossie accepts his apology.

Junior has made the decision to tell Sarah about his affair. He is tired of having to keep Flossie a secret and asks her to marry him. When Sarah finds out, she throws Junior out of the house and immediatly files for divorce. Junior becomes stressed out and with all the commotion going on, he finds himself at the bar drinking that night. At the bar, Junior recieves a phone call that his father had a heart attack. he immediatly rushes to the hopsital, but he is too late. Lawrence died that night. Junior is devistated. It was the year of 1903 when Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Exeter had a wonderful baby boy named Lawrence Exeter Junior, but its sad to say that Mrs. Exeter died giving birth. Mr. Exeter spoiled his son with with expensive toys and a brand new bike to make his son happy, even though he was miserable. Junior had a temper so bad that his father made him go to the Columbia Military Academy when he was 12. He often got good grades and his attitude seemed to improve, so his father bought him a brand new red Cadillac for his 18th birthday which he crashed only four days later from being heavily drunk. Junior got back on track and got a scholarship to Stanford University in 1921. So his father only paid for books. That's where he met Miss Daisy Windsor.
Junior tried impressing Miss Daisy with expensive gifts and clothing. He wanted to marry her so bad, but Miss Daisy had other plans. She wanted to be free and travel the world. So when Junior asked her to marry him, she refused. He finally found a way to get Miss Daisy to marry him. Junior promised Daisy that if she agreed to marry him, he would take her to France and give her whatever she wanted. Daisy couldn't turn down a chance to go to France, it was her dream. So she agreed to marry Junior. While in France, Junior bought her anything she wanted. Daisy was starting to like the fact that she could get what she wanted from her husband, and she loved the way he spoiled her with the best of things, but Daisy wanted more. She convinced Junior to buy them a house there because she loved it so much. But Daisy soon began to grow tired of France, so she told Junior to take her to Hawaii for a vacation. There, they stayed at The Ambassador Hotel. One night Junior went to the hotel's casino to gamble and have a couple of drinks. He realized he was pretty good and started to do it every night.
On the night of August 23. 1929 he met Tony Spagoni, one of the best gamblers around. Junior new he had to win because Tony was betting big money. Junior was starting to lose to Tony and he new he had to do something, so he cheated and won the money. After the game was over, Junior was walking back to his suite when Tony pointed a gun to Juniors head. Tony told him that he knew Junior had cheated and he wanted his money or Junior was going to die. Junior agreed and wrote him a check for one hundred and twenty six dollars. Junior told Daisy what had happened and she wasn't happy at all. Daisy was greedy for money. She loved being rich, so when she found out Junior had lost money she was furious at at him. They had a huge fight that night and Junior didn't like it. He thought that women should never fight with their husbands and never speak out of place, especially when he gave her whatever she wanted. In fact Junior hated Daisy for criticizing him about wasting money on foolish things. So Junior went back to gambling to prove that gambling wasn't foolish.
Junior cheated Tony out of his money once again. Tony didn't like to lose money to an amateur, so Tony threaten to kill Junior's father if he didn't pay him the money. Junior payed Tony the money and never gambled after that, instead he began to drink at a local bar. He bought most of his alcohol from Miss Flossie Wentworth, she owned the bar he liked to drink at. He began to have serious feelings for Flossie, not knowing that he was Tony Spagoni's girlfriend. Junior bought Flossie expensive clothing, flowers and jewelry the way he used to buy things for Daisy. Flossie liked being spoiled, like any other girl, so she broke off her relationship with Tony and Junior filed for divorce.
When Daisy found out Junior wanted to get a divorce, she was furious and flabbergasted. She had no more money to spend, she was going to be poor and she knew Junior had found someone else. He had been gone every night on "business trips". So when Junior left one night, she followed him. When she saw Junior kissing that nasty Flossie Wentworth she recognized her from the school she went too and knew that she had been involved with Tony Spagoni. She was enraged with anger. Daisy couldn't believe that Junior would leave him for that tramp! She wanted Junior dead.
When Daisy confronted Junior about Flossie, he told her that they were in love and were going to spend the rest of their lives with each other. Junior tried giving her 5,000 dollars to buy herself her own house and to ask for forgiveness because he had wasted her time. Junior also told Daisy that he was taking back everything he bought her because it was his. This only made Daisy even more angry. So she told Tony what was going on and he agreed help murder that cheating Lawrence Exeter Junior. They knew they couldn't kill Junior themselves, so Daisy paid Tony Spagoni $200 dollars to hire a man named Peter Ventizzi to kill Junior.
When Peter showed up at Junior's house on July 3. 1931 with a gun, Junior knew he was going to die. Peter told him that he wouldn't kill Junior if he paid him a measly $25 dollars. Junior wrote him a check with a shaky hand, and Peter left. When Daisy heard that Junior was still alive the next day, she knew she had to kill him herself. So that night she snuck into Junior's house and stabbed him with a knife four times and watched Junior suffer, exactly they way she did. She left no evidence for the police to find and no memory of Lawrence Exeter Junior.

On August 30th 1903,a young man named Lawrence Exeter is doing his last minute baby shopping...in disguise. Reason? Mr. Exeter is doing his last minute baby shopping... in disguise. Reason? Mr. Exeter was involved in a mafia Italian group, lead by Tony Spagoni. He escaped the group, when being ordered to kill his wife, knowing Tony would lose his best hitman, he left unnoticed. Lawrence and his wife moved in a small apartment in a quiet neighborhood of California. Four days later a healthy baby Lawrence Exeter Jr. is born. Over the years Lawrence Jr. became a troublesome boy, that he was sent to Palisades School for Boys. In 1915, Lawrence Exeter Sr. owned a 1921 Cadillac from his succeeding business. Since his wife left, Lawrence Sr. was know as "Lady's Best Man" especially, from his affair with his maiden, Miss Daisy Windsor. Lawrence Jr. soon grew into a very disturbed, and troubled young man, that Exeter Sr. disowned him. Sending Jr. with only three checks worth $202,433,50. Knowing that the cash was enough to support him. Jr.dedicated himself to Tony Spagoni's gang, the former gang his father once belonged! Lawrence Jr.'s gang life effected his marriage to his wife. When the fights and abuses getting out of hand, his wife filed for divorce. With this out of his way, Lawrence Jr. was appointed hitman, like his father.Secretly, this also meant paying the price of his father. Jr. was meeting Death, when assigned to kill Peter Veutizzi at midnight. If he failed he'd suffer the consequences. Peter was actually an old leader of the mafia before Tony. He may have been old,but still had tricks up his sleeves. When Lawrence approached Peter boasting his task to kill him seemed too easy, since Peter was old. Peter remarked that he and Tony expected these judgments of Lawrence Sr.'s son would lead him on thin ice. Peter then pulled out his long-time favorite gun and announced this would be forgotten if Lawrence filled out a check in less that 5 sec. Lawrence Jr.cowardly, only managed to run from the scene, to his bike. Junior, dangerously multitasking, when writing a chicken-scratched check crashed into a 1935 Cadillac car. There in his last moment he laid in his pool of blood with the clean check balled up for Peter Veutizzi. Now stood Lawrence Exeter in front of his son's gravestone with disappointment and guilt; for his son's choices and for himself for not being their to save his son's tragic fate. Many who visited their loved ones over the years, would pass the Exeter Jr. gave that read "A person's true wealth is the good he or she does in the world."- Mohammad

"Do you like this" said Lawrence Exeter to the sales clerk holding up a little blue onesie. Mr. Exeter was preparing to become a father. A week later the day had come. The day that Lawrence Exeter Jr. was born. Days after Jr was born his mother was in a terrible accident and died. As the years went on Jr's behavior became unacceptable and his father sent him to Columbia Military Academy. After graduating Mr.Exeter surprised Jr. with a brand new Cadillac which he had wrecked days later. Mr. Exeter also was paying for him to attend Stanford University. While Jr. was away at college he had got himself into some trouble with a Miss Daisy Windsor and Mr. Exeter ended up having to pay her large amount of money. At this point Mr. Exeter had enough and took Jr. to France hoping to keep him out of trouble for awhile. While in France Mr. Exeter had fallen in love with a Miss Lucy Martin and after buying an apartment in Paris he asked Miss Martin to marry him. Mr. Exeter was taking his new wife to Hawaii for there honeymoon leaving Jr. in France with with a large amount of his savings. The couple had fallen in love very quickly. Natalie's very possessive ex boyfriend Tony Spagoni was not happy with Natalie falling in love with another man. She had also owed him a few hundred dollars and didn't have the money to pay him. Tony had threaten to kill her and Jr. if he didn't get his money so Jr. started writing him checks. Jr. had decided to propose to Natalie a few months later. He bought her a flawless diamond ring followed by 2 dozen roses. After being married for a few months the couple was fighting constantly and Natalie wanted a divorce. Jr. had given her a few thousand dollars to help her financially while she was looking for a job. After the divorce Jr. started becoming depressed and unstable and ended up taking his life.

It was a cool night in Hollywood Hospital on August 30th, 1903, 4:57 in the morning. At 5:08 a.m. Lawerence Exeter Jr. was born to his loving mother Carmella Exeter and loving father Lawerence Exeter Sr. The next day the two checked out of the hospital with their 6lbs. 7oz. baby Lawerence. The baby was very quiet all the time, he would sleep all day long and get up a couple minutes to eat. All this talk about little baby Lawerence is getting boring. We're going to skip all this mumbo gumbo about little Lawerence and get to the story now.

6 years later, little Lawerence was going to Kindergarten. He was doing very well in school as he passed grade by grade, but when he hit the sixth grade everything started going down hill. He started socializing with the wrong group of people. He started lying, stealing, disrespecting adults, etc; so his parents had only one option, and that was to ship him off to the Columbia Military Academy for boys. They thought, "this should straighten him out and turn him into a young man." Maybe it would, maybe it wouldn't, but they were going to find out when he got back. Another 6 years passed and Jr. was home. As a welcome back gift his father bought him a brand new shiny white Cadillac. The Cadillac was priced at $3,885.00. Not even a week passed and Jr. messed it up. He was in an accident. Jr. went out with his friends to a party, got drunk and crashed into a tree. It was a blessing tho, that Jr. was okay. He was banged up a little, not anything severe.

Jr. finally realized how precious his life was so he wanted to do something with it. He decided to go to college so he enrolled into Stanford University. While Jr. as gone Sr. and Carmella got remarried. When Jr. got back he was worse then ever. You would think 5 years of college he would come back positive, but he didn't. Again, his parents sent him away because he was causing problems like usual. This time they sent him off with $200,000.00, Jr. decided to go to Paris, and he did. When Jr. got over there he met a young lady named Marie Wherton. She was a beautiful French lady. She was a waitress but to Jr. a princess, it was love at first site. Jr. had to get her. To win her over, he showered her with gifts. She loved all the gifts because she was a gold digger. Jr. blinded by love proposed to her, she accepted it. They were happily married for 4 years. When Junior's money got to low for her, she left. They got divorced and he had to give her $75,000. Sr. and Carmella never knew why Jr. was so bad but they knew it had to do something with his peers. One day Sr. went into Junior's old room and found an unsent letter that was suppose to go to a Tony Spagoni. The letter read "I have your money Spagoni. I'll give it to you when I get back from France. I'm sorry I took so long to give the money back, I'll pay you back with interest." It so turned out that Spagoni was a loan shark. Spagoni was probably looking for Jr. now. Jr. knew he forgot to send the letter, that's why he went to France. Jr. wanted to visit his parents, so to protect himself from Spagoni he bought a gun from the sport shop. He got the next boat back. He got back 5 days later. He got a cab to the closes food place, then got back into the cab. While in the cab he rode pass Spagoni's house and he was outside washing his Ford. Jr. seen Spagoni and Spagoni seen Junior. Spagoni jumped into his car and chased after him. Junior told the cab driver to speed up, but Spagoni crashed into the back of the cab. Jr. jumped out of the car and tried to hide, Spagoni seen him and went after him. Spagoni was beating Junior up badly. He was bleeding from his mouth and nose. He pulled out the weapon, but Spagoni already had his out. Jr. was gone. The cab driver ran to a pay phone and called the police. They were there in no time and arrested Spagoni. Jr. didn't even get to explain, and he had the money. The police went to the Exeter's residence and told them the horrible news. They were crushed. Their only child was gone. Mr. Exeter was filled with anger and sadness. He was now the only Lawerene Exeter. They had a memorial for Jr. a week later. It was a very sad event. Their whole family and Junior's neighborhood friends were there too. They couldn't believe what happened. There was only one thing they could be happy for and that was that Spagoni would never see freedom again.

Days before his baby was born, Lawrence Exeter was at the baby shoppe preparing for his son. A few days later, Lawrence Exeter Jr. was brought into the world. Unfortunately things went terribly wrong in the delivery room and his mother died giving birth to him. Coping with the hard times, Lawrence Sr. takes on the role of being a single father. A month later Sr. takes his son to Dr. David McCoy for a check up. After a long day at “work” Sr. stops at the toy store and gets a few toys for his son before picking him up from his babysitter. Six years go by and Jr. gets entered into the Palisades school for boys by his father, he thinks it will be good for the boy. Being that Jr. is doing so well in his new school he was rewarded with a brand new bicycle.
Lawrence Jrs.’s Childhood passed him by quickly. At the age of 17, Jr. entered the Colombia Military Academy. When Jr. turned 23 his father bought him a Cadillac. Recklessly driving, Jr. got in an accident speeding down the highway. He was not injured but his brand new Cadillac needed some work done.
Being the party boy he was, Jr. got drunk and had a one night stand with Miss Daisy Windsor. Few weeks past and Miss daisy Windsor came to Jr.’s door crying. She tried to explain to him that she was pregnant and he was the father. Jr., with his whole life ahead of him, didn’t see a baby in the nearby future. He had no idea what to do or what to say so he brought his father in for help. Lawrence Sr. paid Miss Daisy Windsor 25,000 to leave and never come back into his sons life. The stress got to be too much for Sr. so he went on a trip. Spending money was something that was hard for him to control. When his money ran out he needed to get it translated. While on his trip, Sr. met a beautiful woman who swept him off of his feet the moment he seen her. With the power that Sr. has, he found out where the lady was staying and sent her flowers. To this day Sr. still thinks about his wife. She was the first thing that came to mind when he met the new woman. He thought it was only right to send flowers to put on her grave to honor her. Sr. buys a house for him and “his woman“. The interior decorators make his house the best on the block. He buys a trip to Hawaii so he can spend time with “his woman“.  He truly believed the saying, “diamonds are a girls best friend” , so that’s how he got the key to her heart. A few days later Sr. found it in his best interest to get his son into the “family business”. Sr. buys a hotel for him and “his woman” for the night and in the morning she wakes up to flowers across the room.
Jr., now living happily with his girlfriend, keeps things romantic with a box of chocolates every once in a while. With wedding plans in progress things are being bought for the wedding. Got the shoes, lingerie, dresses, a tux. On top of all the wedding stuff, Jr. now has a the “family business” to worry about as well. Jr. calls in Tony Spagoni for a “favor” but Tony comes back for more money just for keeping his mouth shut. The last thing Jr. had to get was the rings. Of course with a “family business” like his he bought only the finest wedding bands.
Jr. decides to go out for a night on the town with his fellas to one of the most impressive night clubs around. He meets a pretty little lady named Miss Flossie Wentworth and not thinking about the consequences they have a one night stand thinking that they’ll never set eyes on each other again. Miss Flossie wants a relationship with Jr. and threatens his marriage if they don’t pursue things. Jr. gives her 50,00 dollars to stay out of his life so his marriage doesn’t get ruined. Jr. works with his attorney a bit to make sure Flossie doesn’t come back to get him.
Jr.’s marriage isn’t going well, so they decide to take a break and think things through. He gives her money to ensure that she will be okay. Unfortunately they cant work things out and decided to get a divorce. They settle things in court and Jr. ends up having to give her 175,000 just to end everything. She wants more money and Jr. feels that he didn’t owe her that so he hires a lawyer. They didn’t accomplish anything for him so they got fired and he hired nothing but the best. Marie, his ex wife doesn’t leave him alone. She continues to bring drama into his family. Jr. hired Tony Spagoni to show Marie that things have become real. She still didn’t take things seriously so he sent Spagoni back for more. Spagoni never returned from Maries house that night so he brought Peter in for a “favor”.
Sr. had to pay Jr.’s hospital bill after an incident at the casino. Dr. David McCoy did everything he could that night but Jr. didn’t have the strength to push forward anymore. At the funeral home on the night of July 16th, 1931, hundreds of people came to pay their respects to Lawrence Exeter Jr.

Lawrence Exeter once said the happiest day of his life was when he became a Sr. Yes he had a child and yes he named it Lawrence Exeter Jr. and yes when I said he "once" said it was the happiest day I mean it was for a very brief time. But lets start at the beginning when it was still his happiest day, and when Sr. spent money on Jr. because of love.

Lawrence Exeter Jr. was spoiled from even before he was born. He had all the best toys, the best hospital, and even the best doctor. When he got older his toys were upgraded into bikes and cars. He went to the most expensive school, and after that a prestigious military academy. After all the things his father had done for him, he was ungrateful, stupid (he crashed his new Cadillac four days after he got it), and jealous of his money.

Two years into his stay at Stanford University (of course his father had paid for it all, Jr. had never worked a day in his life) he got into the worst trouble so far in his life. He assaulted a Miss Daisy Windsor. Now Miss Windsor was about to sue but Lawrence Exetor Sr. paid her off a huge amount to keep her quiet. To leave the embarrassing life back home Lawrence Sr. took his son and fled to France. There he set up his own bank account and tried his best to keep his son out of trouble. He even started paying for his son's romantic needs at the florist. Lawrence Exeter Sr. started to settle down in his new home with new decorations and decided that he did not want anymore trouble with his son. He bought him an engagement ring, sent him to Hawaii for his honeymoon, paid him 200,000 dollars to go away and out of his life, and to be sure of things, gave his son his checkbook. Little did he know he was very wrong in hoping he'd never have any trouble with him again.

With all this money in his power, Lawrence Jr. started spending money on all his lady friends. He bought flowers, gowns, and lingerie for his many mistresses. He thought he was so cool he even bought himself a nice pair of boots and a fancy gun. Mrs. Lawrence Exeter Jr. was getting mighty suspicious.

She took Jr.'s checkbook and ordered Tony Spagoni, mob leader, to find out what he was up to. Mrs. Exeter Jr. fund out what he had been doing and especially with a woman named Miss Flossie Wentworth. Mrs. Exeter Jr. wanted a divorce. After many lawyers and failed attempts to bribe her, her wish was granted. She was now Marie Whanton Exeter.

Lawrence Jr.'s wife was gone, but that meant no one was there to pay Tony Spagoni. He was very threatening and Jr had to pay him little by little and he wasn't even sure why. As he was writing a check to the mob's second in command, Peter Ventizzia, he was attacked and sent to the hospital.

Lawrence Sr. heard this news and rushed to the hospital. He had to pay the hospital of course because Jr. gave back the checkbook. He decided he was done with all this trouble and paid the doctor to "accidentally" kill his son. After the funeral, which hardly anyone attended, the only thing that was on his mind was, "Good Riddance."

Mr. Lawrence Exeter signed the check to Hollywood Mortuary with swollen, blood-shot eyes .  His head was pounding.  He had no sleep the night before.  He woke up in a sweat after awful nightmares of his son's death.  How could he have perished so soon?  It was such a shame that they had become so distant recently.  Just the a few weeks before they had met to buy a car to fix up together!

Before Lawrence Exeter's life was a tragedy, it had seemed almost like a fairy tale.  After Lawrence met his future wife Marie at Stanford University where they were both studying business, his life was turned around.  He used to be a womanizing party boy, but there was something about Marie that made him settle down.  He wanted to get his life in check.  Marie pushed him to take his studies seriously.  He then became an independently wealthy business man at the fairly young age of about 30.

He recalled all of these memories as he was picking out baby clothes with Marie at the Goosie Gander Baby Shoppe.  His nine month pregnant wife looked like she was about to explode.  However, he still loved her just the same, and admired her even more.  It was amazing to Lawrence that they had spoiled their child rotten and the baby wasn't even born yet!  He had an outfit for every day, in every season, for every climate.  Once the baby was born, they could not contain their joy.  It was a baby boy. They decided to name their son Lawrence Exeter, Jr.  They soon found out that he was jaundice.  The doctor said that it would fade in time, but the couple found that time would not cure this abnormality.  They started paying visits to the best pediatrician they thought they could find.  His name was Dr. David M. McCoy.  He kept track of the child's liver function to make sure that all was well.  He assured them that everything was completely normal.  Lawrence Sr. and Marie continued to spoil their child.  They bought him the newest toys, the coolest bike, and enrolled him in the best school that they could find, Palisades School for Boys.  It was no secret that Lawrence Jr. got distracted easily in class.  They decided to hire him a personal tutor to help him after school in order to keep him on track.  Her name was Miss Daisy Windsor.  The couple hired her under one condition.  They would not pay her for her duties until Lawrence Jr. had graduated from high school and gotten into a good college.  Lawrence Jr. began to exhibit horrid behavior in the classroom.  He would vandalize desks, bully children, and talk back to the teachers.  His parents decided to switch him into the Columbia Military Academy.  There, he continued to get distracted, but Daisy did not stop tutoring him.  They had become old pals.  Lawrence Jr. had never been very close with his mother, and things that he could not tell his father, Lawrence Jr. decided to tell Daisy.  She always comforted him whereas his mother would just scold him.  Lawrence Jr. never really felt a true sense of belonging in his family.  He truly was a spoiled brat.  He would never listen to his mother without Daisy's encouragement to do so.  In school, kids alienated Lawrence Jr. because of his jaundice.  Daisy became the closest thing he would get to a true best friend. She was also the only person that had not given up on him.  She had hope that he had the potential to be a great scholar and man one day.  Her diligence paid off when he graduated with Honors from the Military Academy.  As a generous graduation present, Lawrence Jr. got a Cadillac from his father.  Then, his father even paid nearly $300.00 for the interior of the car to be customized to his own liking.  Lawrence Jr. had applied and been accepted to his father;s alma mater, Stanford University.  After his parents paid off Daisy, Lawrence Jr. never spoke to her again.  It was a sad thing.  Lawrence Jr. lost his will to succeed because his biggest fan  wasn't there cheering him on.  He lost focus, but wanted to try something new.  He wanted to go to France to study abroad.  His father paid for him to go to France and study.  However, Lawrence Jr. became preoccupied with something else.  He had met someone in France.  Her name was Rose.  She smelled as sweet as one, and her lips were just as soft as the petals of one.  She saw past his skin discoloring and seemed truly love him.  What Lawrence couldn't say in French words, he said in flowers.  He flattered this girl by buying her bushels upon bushels of beautiful red roses that he afforded only because his father actually paid for them.  Then something unexpected happened.  Lawrence Jr. decided to drop out of college.  Rose was now his biggest fan.  She encouraged him to buy a house.  They decided that they would build a house on the land that they bought through the Riviera Heights Land Company.  After the house was completed, they beautifully decorated it with the help from the Renaissance Interior Decorators.  Their whole home was paid for by Lawrence Sr.  Then the time had come.  With the financial help of his father, Lawrence Jr. bought the engagement ring that he would give to Rose.  Lawrence Sr. paid for the cruise to Hawaii on which the proposal would happen.  Lawrence Sr. decided to give his son a nice lump some of money to take on the trip so that he could spoil Rose.  As soon as Lawrence muscled up the courage to ask Rose the big question, she immediately said yes and it was "smooth sailing" from there on out.  Then, another unexpected thing happened.  Lawrence had never really been a drinker, but one night, he decided to go down to the Ambassador Hotel lobby to have a drink or two.  Those one or two turned into about 9 or 10 after he had gotten carried away talking to a woman that he had met that went by the name of Flossie Wentworth.  They had gone back to her room and the next thing Lawrence Jr. admits to remembering was waking up with her on his chest, under the covers in her bed.  Something must have gone right that evening because Lawrence Jr. decided to buy another master suite along with the master suite that he had already bought for him and his then fiance, Rose.  Rose eventually found out, as all women do.  So, Lawrence did the only thing he could think to do which was to flatter her with bushel and bushels of rich red roses that had cards attached that had cheesy love sayings written all over them, all paid for by his father.  For a belated Valentine's Day gift, he bought her the next best thing that he could buy for her which was chocolate.  By this point in Lawrence Sr.'s life, he had just given his checkbook to Lawrence Jr. because he had gotten so tired of writing checks for his son.  Even though Lawrence Jr. was getting Rose back, he still hadn't forgotten about Flossie.  He bought her a beautiful dress from the Parisian Gown Shoppe.  Then. Rose witnessed him buying a very little something from the Anita Lingerie Salon.  She had naively thought that it was going to be for her but she had never received it.  She then got a package from Lawrence Jr.  It was a divine dress from her favorite store, the Parisian Gown Shoppe.  Lawrence then went to the Moderne Sportte Shoppe and The Bootery to get supplies for a hiking trip that Lawrence Jr. was going to take Rose on because that had been something that they had always meant to do.  Over the course of the trip the started to reconcile.  They looked to the help from a relationship counselor by the name of Tony Spagoni.  They only had to see him twice before things started getting better between Rose and Lawrence Jr.  He sent Rose a bushel of rich red roses to remind her of the romantic times that they had had back in France.  Things were better than ever and so they decided to talk about marriage again.  He bought her the wedding ring at the Broadway Diamond Company.  It was the most beautiful cut that he had ever seen and knew that it was meant for Rose.  He paid Flossie to keep her mouth shut in order to prevent any more problems to occur between Rose and Lawrence Jr.  He thought that that was the end of Flossie Wentworth, but it wasn't.  Rose saw that there was a check made out to Flossie and so she assumed the worst.  She filed for divorce at Wall and Smith, Attorneys at Law, and since Lawrence Jr. just wanted Rose to be happy, he let her go.  Lawrence Jr. then made out a check for a lump sum of money in order for him to get back on his feet after the heartbreaking divorce.  Lawrence Jr. started to drink heavily and often.  After the divorce was finalized, he became known as a functioning alcoholic.  While he was drunk one night, he decided to stay at his parents' home which was closer to the tavern that he had been drinking at then his house was.  His mother attempted to talk some sense into his, but Lawrence Jr. slapped her and violently beat her.  He tried to pay her to keep her mouth shut about it, but being the smart Stanford graduate that she was, after she got the money she filed a law suit against him at the same law practice that he had gotten a divorce through.  Lawrence Sr. thought that his son needed a hobby other than causing havoc, so they bought a beat up car that they thought they could fix up together.  Lawrence Jr. paid a couple more visits to Tony Spagoni for counseling, but he was still drinking heavily.  He went to the tavern one night and, after drunkenly making a check out to the bar tender for his good service, Lawrence Jr. started to walk home.  He got a very sharp pain in his side.  He was found lying in an alley by Peter Ventizzi, the bartender.  By the time Lawrence Jr. had gotten to the hospital, he was dead.  Lawrence Sr. was left with a hospital the bill.  He then paid off his bill to Dr. David McCoy, Lawrence Jr.'s pediatrician who had said that the jaundice would go away.  He clearly lied.  If Lawrence Jr. had been treated properly as a jaundice child, his liver would not have shut down as abruptly, which would have given Lawrence Jr. potentially enough time to reach the hospital to be saved.
Lawrence Sr. now had to endure the pain of seeing his only son die.  He had to bury him.  He had to long for him, and miss him everyday now, knowing that if he had payed for an even better pediatrician, he would not have to endure this kind of pain.  I guess this story has turned out to be more of a comedy in a sense.  I mean isn't it funny how one check, made out to the wrong person can change the course of your entire life?
